Banquet App ("we", "our", "us") provides a hosted website platform for banquet halls and event venues. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Account information. When you create an account we collect your name, email address, business name, and billing details.
Content you add. Text, images, menus, and other material you publish through the CMS is stored on our servers so it can be served to your visitors.
Visitor inquiries. When a visitor submits a quote or contact form on a hosted venue website, the information they provide (name, contact details, event details) is stored in that venue's CMS inbox.
Usage data. We collect standard technical data — IP address, browser type, pages visited — to operate, secure, and improve the platform.
How we use information
We use collected information to provide and maintain the service, process payments, respond to support requests, deliver inquiries to the correct venue, and send product updates you can opt out of at any time. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
Data retention and security
Account and content data is kept for as long as your account is active. Inquiry data is retained according to each venue's own practices. We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest, and access to production data is limited to personnel who need it to operate the service.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of your account by contacting us. Venue owners are responsible for honoring the data rights of their own website visitors.
