These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Banquet App platform and any website hosted on it. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
The service
Banquet App provides a subscription website builder and hosting platform for banquet halls and event venues, including themed templates, a content management system, and an inquiry inbox. Features may vary by plan and may change over time with reasonable notice.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must be authorized to represent the venue or business you register.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you publish. You grant us a license to host, display, and transmit that content as needed to operate your website. You confirm you have the rights to any text, photos, logos, and menus you upload, and that your content does not infringe third-party rights or violate applicable law.
Acceptable use
You may not use the platform for unlawful content, spam, malware, scraping of other customers' data, or activity that degrades the service for other users. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules after notice where practical.
Billing and renewal
Subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected period. Unless cancelled, subscriptions renew automatically. Trial, grace-period, and refund handling are described in our Refund Policy.
Availability and liability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost bookings.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced through the platform or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
