You do not need a marketing degree to get more inquiries from your website. These five changes consistently make the biggest difference for the venues we work with.
1. Show real events, not just an empty hall
Empty-room photos show square footage; decorated events show possibility. Aim for at least eight to ten gallery photos across different event types.
2. State capacity clearly
"Accommodates up to 450 guests" answers the first filter every planner applies. Make it visible on every hall page — not buried in a PDF.
3. Publish your catering structure
You do not need exact prices. Showing package tiers and cuisine options pre-qualifies inquiries and filters out mismatched budgets before they reach your phone.
4. Ask fewer questions, sooner
A short quote form — name, phone, event date, guest count — converts dramatically better than a long questionnaire. Details can wait for the follow-up call.
5. Reply fast
Venues that respond to inquiries within a few hours book measurably more site visits. Our CMS inbox and follow-up reminders exist exactly for this.
