Instagram and Facebook are great for discovery, but when a family is shortlisting venues for a wedding, they do a different kind of research: they Google your name, open your website, and look for capacity, catering options, and real photos of real events.
A listing site is not your website
Aggregator directories send you leads — but they also show your competitors right next to you. Your own site is the one place where your venue is the only option on the page, and where your branding, pricing structure, and story stay in your control.
What visitors actually look for
From our own onboarding data, the pages potential clients visit most are the gallery, the hall details with capacity, and the catering menu. If any of these are missing or hidden behind a "call us" button, a meaningful share of visitors simply move on to the next venue on their list.
A good venue website works while you sleep — answering the questions that used to consume your phone line, and turning evening browsers into morning inquiries.
