The Pre-Launch Checklist Every Venue Website Needs

October 9, 2026

Your site can go live in a day, but a ten-minute review before you share the link makes the difference between "nice" and "booked."

Content essentials

Every hall needs a name, a capacity, and at least two good photos. Each catering package needs a real menu — not "contact us for menu." And your gallery should show at least one wedding, one corporate event, and one reception.

Details that build trust

Add your full address and a Google Maps link. Check that the phone number on the contact page is the one that actually gets answered. If you have testimonials, seed two or three real ones — a site with zero social proof reads as brand new.

The technical once-over

Fill in each page's SEO title and description in the CMS — they become the text people see in Google results. Submit a test inquiry through your own quote form and confirm it arrives in your inbox. Finally, open the site on your phone; most of your visitors will see it there first.
